Delight in Him...

Proverbs 24:13
My son, eat honey, for it is good yes, the honey from the comb is sweet to your taste;

know that wisdom is thus for your soul;if you find it, then there will be a future,
and your hope will not be cut off.
     God is so kind, merciful and loving!!! For many months our eldest son, Ramon waited for a new job. Well, it did not really come by at all because he did not apply for any, yet. He said he had some character fixing to be done. Chris and I knew about the circumstances of the previous job and the reasons why he decided to back out from his job. He did not really quit. He just felt he was not the right fit.

     Nothing bitter ever came out of Ramon's mouth. He was   gracious towards his previous employers and he even continued to meet with his previous co workers. He just needed to resolve something in his life stage that he was going through.

     We focused on helping him resolve this 'stage.' I was guilty of being anxious for him. But I remember he was not. He was in search!

     God touched Ramon's heart and he focused on our Lord God. I don't really know how and when but 'Roni' did experience something really good and personal with our Lord God, that this time, his walk with the Lord is something really intimate, self propelled, not forced by us by the way. I saw genuine joy, his face had brightened up and we sensed a very very strong conviction to grow with the Jesus. In fact, Roni is even very concerned about his buddies.

     Like a lid made out of lead lifted out of his comfort zone, Roni began to pursue seeking work, this time with a renewed sense of purpose and maturity. He said it was time to move. I understand what he meant by that. When you have the Lord God in your heart, in your life, you get to sense this 'go' signal to move towards the direction you desire. But it is still God's will that prevails. And God , in his love and mercy, blessed Roni with the desires of his heart.

     He is so kind, full of love. And I am once again humbled, shameful of my anxieties,my lack of faith. What God taught Roni , I pray, will be forever stored in Roni's treasures of learnings to share and to attest to his friends. Not to boast of himself, but to boast of our Lord God's love.

     Without God, we are really nothing! Let us continue to pray for our loved ones, for one another, for others...

Bitter - Sweet ....

Someday I am going to write about everything happening in my life...to glorify the majesty of God...His awesomeness...His being a Heavenly Father...a God... Right now Chris is in his office, it's a very quiet Monday morning...everyone's on a day off...Chris is usually working on Mondays to edit... But this morning is extra different...it's his last Monday as a staff, Live Production Manager, in the ministry, in CCF, for now. Chris does not have to exit with his head up high. But he is leaving with a  heart after God,still. Nothing in this relationship will change except to go stronger, more dependent, deeper into God's safe embrace and protection. It is a Christian's  challenge to strive for perfection after God. We try daily. In the midst of trying, we trust too much, we  forget the earthly attitudes, presuming people around you have the same heart. However, even Within the Christian environment , hearts are not the same. Falling off guard, some dark motiva...

Watch Out...

I have seen this happen again and again...again and again...and this makes God a perfect keeper of His promises. Everyday I wake up to so many blessings...hep, stop! Do not ask what the gifts are...shame on you...I mean God's blessings. They are not necessarily concrete gifts. Every good thing that is for the day, is a blessing! And each time I thank God for whatever, the enemy despairs. When a disappointment happens, pray, lift it up to God and go back to the good that happens, happened within that day. Do not ever let one disappointment cloud your God given day.  Pondering on how the enemy clouds our thinking, I went back to a situation happening, not in my office...someone else's office. Unfortunately the intrigue is coming from the supposedly anointed, selected authority in Christ.  They have gone as far as to sow intrigue, 'unknowingly' pitting one staff against the other in the form of 'so called' advice. My advice to the person affected, just be stil...

God does not sleep at all ...(with a big smile)

     Hmmm...it has been months of silence...in this blog...it has been months of busyness...thus keeping me away from this blog...I had been writing down my random thoughts in my little journal...now a purple one...previously a princess one until a varmint ate out some corners...ewww...I am so ADHD...      I chose not to put entries here because this blog is not for public consumption anyway...but if I choose to make it public, the public will have a heyday of revelations about a megachurch and what really goes on inside...no, I am not below that ...them...      God does not sleep at all. He keeps His promise and I am so amazed...super duper amazed at what is going on now...wow! He is not obliged to keep His promises to us...He is true to His own word because HE SAYS SO...regardless of you and me...very very finite , pathetic creatures!      And because He keeps His promise...to my joy and satisfaction...what should be my...
